• The 1999 Montreal Convention
• General conditions of carriage
• Conditions of contract
• Obligation and right of the shipper, consignee and claimant
• Cargo claims handling procedures, awareness and prevention

Course Fee HKD1,100.00

We have 2 periods of examination a day. 

You may reserve examination period from 10:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 17:00 on every Monday to Friday.

1^st period   -  1000 – 1300

2^nd period  -  1400 – 1700

A certificate is awarded following a Cargo Claims Handling course of self-learning ending in a 3 hours examination.
