LIVE ANIMALS TRANSPORTATION – SELF-LEARNING COURSE

Target participants:

A comprehensive training of Live Animals Transportation is designed for the following personnel who involved in air cargo industry -

• Cargo operations and ground handling staff responsible for handling of live animal;
• Cargo customer service and reservations staff at airlines and cargo agents involve with live animal transportation;

Course Content:

• How to use IATA Live Animals Regulations manual
• Government and airline regulations
• Classification and identification of live animals
• Shipper and Airline responsibilities
• Packaging, documentation and marking requirements for live animal shipments
• Special shipping procedures and considerations for endangered species
• Delay and emergency handling
• Load planning and calculation
• Completion of the Shipper’s Certification for Live Animals, the Notification to Captain (NOTOC), and CITES documentation

Course Fee HKD1,100.00

We have 2 periods of examination a day. 

You may reserve examination period from 10:00 to 13:00 or 14:00 to 17:00 on every Monday to Friday.

1^st period   -  1000 – 1300

2^nd period  -  1400 – 1700

Venue:   Unit 504, Leader Commercial Building, 54-56 Hillwood Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

A certificate is awarded following a Live Animals Transportation course of self-learning ending in a 3 hours examination.
